Erica has been registered with the Bar Association since 2010 and is experienced in employment, insurance, corporate and commercial, and litigation and dispute resolution. Before joining the firm, Erica managed her own law firm, where she specialised in all types of litigation.

Erica has a law degree from the University of Lake Tanganyika (Burundi).
